1. Is there a safe in the hotel room?
Yes, there is a safe available at your disposal in your room or suite.
2. Is there (free) WIFI available in the hotel?
Yes, there is free WIFI throughout the hotel.

4. Which payment options are accepted?
VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and cash (NAF & $).
5. Is there a hair dryer / toaster available?
Both can be borrowed at the hotel reception.
6. Does the hotel have a private parking space and what are the costs?
The hotel has its own parking space with surveillance. If you indicate the car at the hotel, you will receive a ticket (free of charge) that you can put on the dashboard. This way, you can park for free.
7. What are the opening hours of the reception?
From 7 am until 8 pm. Outside these opening hours, our guard is happy to be of service.
8. What time can I check in and at what time do I have to leave the room?
You can check in after 3 pm and you must leave the room by 11.30 am at the latest. If the room remains available, you can stay in the room for $50. Ask at our reception about the possibilities.
9. Can I lose my luggage for checking in or after checking out?
Yes, we have a free luggage room that can be locked and where your suitcases can be safely stored.
10. What kind of outlets do you have in the rooms?
We have European sockets (220V) in our standard rooms. In our suites and studio, there’s also 1 American socket (110V).
11. Is the hotel centrally located?
The hotel is in a very central location. The hotel is 500 meters away from Mambo Beach. Willemstad is 6 km away, Jan Thiel 9 km away and the Sea Aquarium is only 170 meters away.
12. What are the costs of an extra bed in the room?
The costs are $25 per night. We are happy to make the sofa bed for you. This is only possible in one of our suites, the studio and the suite/room with the connecting door.
13. Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Pets are not allowed. However, in the case of a guide dog for a blind person, this can be discussed.
14. Is there a towel service?
You can pick up fresh towels for the beach/ pool every day at the reception. In the rooms, you can leave the towels for the shower on the floor if you want new ones and just hang them hang when you want to use them for another day.
15. Do you also provide tour information?
On Sunday, Monday and Friday mornings there is an island briefing from 10.00 to 10.30 at the picnic part of Dolphin Suites. We cordially invite you to get to know our beautiful island. During the island briefing, our colleague from the reception will give tips about the island and some tour suggestions. Of course, there is room for questions and we can assist you in arranging tours, or arrange other matters, such as car hire, reservations, etc. If you have questions about the island or tours on another day, you can of course report this at our reception. We are happy to help you!
16. Is care also provided?
In cooperation with Carin Cares, we organize professional care for our guests. Carin Cares works with a team of highly educated and experienced carers in both home care and nursing. You can find more information about our partner on their website: www.carincares.com. If you want care during your stay, we will gladly send you a registration form. 18. Can I also reserve the dolphin therapy program through Dolphin Suites?
No, at Dolphin Suites you can only organize your stay and of course tours, car rental and special requests for your accommodation. 19. Can I book a flight with you?
No, at Dolphin Suites you can only book an accommodation directly and any additional requests, such as breakfast, tours, wellness, car rental, medical aid products, care and any other special requests for your room. If you want to book a package holiday including flight, we refer you to your travel agency or a tour operator. In the Netherlands we work together with a personal travel advisor, Monique te Boekhort, who will be happy to support you in organizing your trip and stay. Monique is also a specialist in organizing trips for people with a disability.
