Willemstad, February 2022 - 10 years after opening in 2009 we started the construction of phase 2 of our hotel. In 2019 the Dolphin Spa and the magnesium, salt water pool with a pool lift opened. After a short break due to Covid-19, construction of the second building started in June last year. 38 units, consisting of suites, rooms and apartments, a new lobby, offices, storage, 2 retail spaces, a restaurant, meeting facility and a garden with, among other things, a playground and a yoga terrace are being developed. Construction is progressing steadily. Since the end of January, the second floor has been poured. The new part of the hotel is expected to open in early 2023.

To create the real home feeling, we are happy to work with high-end interior specialist TKI for the furnishing, led by the renowned (interior) designer Pieter Laureys. https://www.tki.nl/.

Fortunately, there is little to no inconvenience for our guests in the current hotel. The hotel is well stocked and, as always, there is a calm and cozy atmosphere.
