Step directly into nature from the hotel and discover one of Curaçao’s hidden gems. Our hiking trail starts behind the property and takes you through peaceful salt pans and beautiful island landscapes.
Scenic Views & Flamingos
The shortest route is approximately 2.5 km and offers stunning views over the salt lake and Caribbean Sea. Along the way, you may spot flamingos, tropical birds, cacti, and salt flats that change from white to soft pink throughout the day.
Sunrise and sunset are especially magical — so don’t forget your camera.
Looking for More Adventure?
The full hiking loop is approximately 12 km and takes around 2 hours and 40
minutes at a relaxed pace. Prefer a shorter walk? You can also hike part of the trail and arrange pick-up at Jan Thiel Beach.

We recommend hiking early morning or before sunset to avoid the midday heat.
