Kirti Daryanani has worked with internationally diverse communities to build emotional awareness and connections for nearly 20 years. Her curiosities, unique background and rich travel experience have shaped her as an author and communication & self-acceptance coach.


Kirti runs her own business on communication and wellness. A motivational speaker, Kirti has given talks in the Caribbean, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Mallorca and the United Kingdom.

  • For me the biggest eye opener was the emotion pyramid and becoming aware of how I constantly intellectualize my fears and anxiety. Also the practical looseners were very helpful.

  • That is the most I got out of the retreat: being able to truely forgive, and that I have a true responsibility to myself. I am responsible for my own life. I can blame everybody, but I let it happen. So I am taking back my power . You made all of the participants feel right at home. That is why we opened up so quickly. For future participants: just go. Trust the process, you are in very good hands. This was a life changing experience, no doubt.
