COVID-19 Measures

• Payments by card will be required;

• When entering the hotel sanitize your hands at all the times at the hand sanitizer booth in the lobby;

• Our front office may perform a non-invasive temperature control if you have symptoms of Covid-19;

• Avoid physical contact with employees and visitors (no shaking hands, hugs or kisses);

• Keep 2 meters distance from other persons;

• Please execute our safety measures that are appointed in the different public areas through the hotel amongst which: Front Office, elevator & pool areas;

• Cough and sneeze in fold of flexed elbow;

• Wash hands frequently and dry with paper towels (discard immediately) or disinfect your hands with hand sanitizer. Please make sure your personal hygiene is adequate at all times;

• Please accept our adjusted cleaning services to once every 2 days and the linen change once every 4 days. A cleaning kit is available in your room;

• Please dispose your own waste in garbage bags in the trash bins in our BBQ area. Please separate plastic bottles and cans from rest waste. Use the assigned bins in your room to separate;

• Please leave the room while cleaning service is provided;

• Stay in your room and contact our Front Office immediately through Whatsapp, in case you have a high fever, coughing, sneezing or shortness of breath;
