Program

A journey created for you if you feel held back by stress, burnout, or recurring patterns. During this 3-day Befriend Your Mind Retreat at Dolphin Suites in Curaçao, you will move through three meaningful phases.

Awareness

Your retreat begins at Dolphin Suites, Curaçao. The morning starts with yoga, breathing, and meditation – a gentle way to let go of thoughts, connect with your body, and arrive in the present moment. The perfect foundation before entering the workshops and coaching sessions.


The first intensive coaching session invites you to explore deeply with Kirti: Who am I? What gives me energy, and what drains it? Where do I stand right now, and what do I need to move toward balance and happiness? Through guided reflection exercises – including creating your personal timeline – you gain clarity on where you are, where you want to go, and what a fulfilling life looks like for you.


After a healthy lunch, you continue by working on your personal Feeling Board. This visual tool helps you see the gap between your current reality and your desired future. The day closes with a restorative yoga session, allowing body and mind to fully unwind. You end the first day with new insights and the first step toward accepting where you are right now.


Acceptance & Self-Compassion

The second day begins with yoga and meditation to help you be present with what is. Building on the work of day one, this coaching session focuses on creating affirmations: words of strength that help you look at yourself with more compassion. Together with exercises and your Feeling Good Board, you’ll uncover what may be blocking these affirmations—without reopening old wounds or having to share what feels too personal.


After lunch, you continue developing your Feeling Good Board. With Kirti’s coaching, you learn to understand your emotions and create more acceptance. This session gives you inspiration and tools you can use in daily life. The day ends with restorative yoga, helping you relax deeply and process the day’s insights. Gradually, you begin to feel more lightness and trust in yourself.


Renewal & Looking Forward

The final day again starts with yoga and meditation, bringing clarity and space to look ahead.


In the closing coaching session, you work with Kirti and the group to explore: What actions must I take to bring my affirmations to life? How do I move out of my current situation? And how can these steps support me in the future? These reflections are brought together in your “Just Be Me Future Board”, a clear and inspiring plan that guides your next steps toward balance and happiness.


After a final lunch, you have time to let everything settle in your own way: choose a restorative yoga session, a walk in the nearby nature reserve, a refreshing dip in the magnesium pool, or a swim in the turquoise Caribbean Sea.


The retreat concludes with a gentle closing moment, where you turn your new insights into small, practical steps for home. You leave Curaçao with peace of mind, renewed energy, and a clear plan to continue your life with balance and confidence.

The Deluxe Room

During the Befriend Your Mind Retreat, you will stay at Dolphin Suites & Wellness, a small boutique hotel in Curaçao, just a short walk from Mambo Beach. The hotel offers a peaceful and safe environment, ideal for relaxing and reconnecting with yourself.

 

Your home during the retreat is our Deluxe Room, a bright and spacious suite designed for comfort and relaxation. Each room features a private balcony or terrace, a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom, and a cozy seating area. Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a calm atmosphere to reflect and recharge after your sessions. Whether you choose to read, journal, or simply rest, this room gives you the privacy and comfort to do so in your own way.

 

A highlight of Dolphin Suites & Wellness is the magnesium pool, known for its soothing and restorative benefits for both body and mind. And with the Caribbean Sea only minutes away, you can always enjoy a refreshing swim in turquoise waters or a quiet walk by the beach.

 

The retreat lasts 3 days, but you may choose to extend your stay to 7 days to apply your new insights at your own pace. You can also enhance your experience with wellness treatments at the Dolphin Spa, a private dolphin encounter, or a deeply restorative Wata Flow session.
